A cross-contamination protocol is a living practice, not a property of the building; it leaves with the person who enforced it, until somebody verifies otherwise. It is Spanish-language sourcing, and we are working on it. In the meantime, a town's absence from this list is not evidence that there is nothing there. It is evidence that we did not go and look.
